What kind of program is implemented within the scope of “Corporate Nutrition Consultancy”?
We offer two different working systems within our corporate nutrition consultancy services.
Our first working system includes:
A questionnaire related to the topic is administered to all personnel. Individuals who require nutritional intervention are identified. The collected data is reported.
One-on-one weekly consultations are conducted with individuals identified as needing nutritional intervention. These consultations take place within the institution in an appropriate area that has been provided. During the first (and all subsequent) consultations, body composition analysis is performed, and their eating habits, lifestyle, chronic illnesses, and work pace are assessed. Certain relevant blood tests are also requested. Based on the collected data, a healthy nutrition program is implemented for the employees in need, and they are regularly monitored.
Based on the initial evaluations, the institution’s required training topics are identified. In accordance with the schedule and sequence agreed upon with management, in-house nutrition training sessions are planned. Studies conducted on employees have shown that after regular nutrition education, individuals’ eating habits and lifestyles improve positively, clinical findings (such as blood values) show favorable changes, and body weight decreases.
The institution’s kitchen (if available) is examined and evaluated in detail, and the results are reported. Existing menus are assessed and revised to meet the nutritional needs of all employees, or new menus are planned according to employees’ daily energy and nutrient requirements.
Studies conducted on institutions receiving corporate nutrition consultancy report that employees develop healthier habits, resulting in reduced illness frequency, fewer sick days, decreased loss of workforce, improved work performance, enhanced ability and attention toward work, increased sense of belonging due to feeling valued, and national benefits through reduced healthcare costs.
Our second working system includes:
To contribute to the institution's promotion, various engaging healthy living events are planned and organized for closed groups or targeted audiences. These events focus primarily on “healthy living” and “healthy nutrition,” along with other related topics, appropriate to the institution’s target group, with the aim of increasing brand recognition and awareness.
